Alex Thebez is an Indonesian photographer currently based in New York. Alex’s diverse upbringing presents him with a very unique perspective on life, the world, and the experiences surrounding him. Graduated from the Vancouver Film School’s Film Production program in 2008 and Foundation of Visual Arts in 2007, Alex’s passion for storytelling drives him to portray narratives and imagery through various mediums. Alex is particularly interested in the mundane and everyday. Alexander has recently graduated with BFA in Photography from the Parsons New School of Design, New York. Alex also makes GIFs with the GIFRIENDS collective.
